Thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes, I really appreciate it! Had a lovely dinner with my boys and parents at the Cheescake Factory - best waiter we've had at a restaurant in years that really made our evening a blast. Then checked out a Christmas light show in Grapevine, TX (awesome!) and watched Tommy dance and sing to the music (which is a memory I will hold dear forever!)

Hope you are all having a wonderful Holiday season! :)

For those who didn't get to see it, Constantine was on WPIX (CW) this morning. He looked very nicely put together. Dark shirt and a dark jacket. He was seated so didn't see much although they showed him in the waiting room full view but seated.

Spoke about ROA how they moved it from Off-Bway to Bway in a matter of months and then to the Tonys. Good show, etc. the usual good promo.

Was asked about the concerts so he plugged his Jan. and Feb. HIghline shows. Said the promotional picture for the shows (the one that looks like a drawing) is his Andy Warhol moment. As Sammie mentioned, the lady from PIX started singing "Don't Stop Believing." They had a little intro rigged where Con asked her where she was from and then she launched into "just a small time girl, etc" but she said from Staten Island, riding the Staten Island Ferry forever! Con sang a few lines with that big voice of his and she was blown away! He also air guitared.

I think that the Broadway shows must be doing promos right now to prepare for the upcoming winter months which are normally slow. I saw a commercial for Billy Elliot this morning on GMA. First time I've ever seen that show advertising on tv like that.

O/T for just a moment, but as I played the new song in iTunes, I saw that the iTunes store has a FREE Christmas music sampler this week! Actually, I think they added it last Tuesday so I don't know how long it will be there for free. Anyway, 21 songs by artists like Amy Grant, Rascall Flatts, Sarah McLachlan, Weezer, Barry Manilow :)
